So in the least ridiculous was possible, when I first launched the clothing label I sort of saw it as something I could impress people with when I met them at parties, because frankly my appearance (and personality) are equally unimpressive. So this was off to a pretty good start, in that when people ask you what you do, “clothing label” is a pretty good answer. At any rate, it beat my previous answer of “professional masturbator”.
I kind of had this running joke with a friend that he would answer first saying he was a professional masturbator and I would then add that I’m his right hand man. It went down pretty well. Anyway a year or so later my friends launched their own food blog called Gastrogasm, which I dig. But I’ve come to learn that no matter how big the clothing label gets (It isn’t very big currently) it will more or less become redundant when I mention my friends own a food blog, which is infinitely more impressive to people all round.
Although after spending the past year talking almost exclusively about the label, I think I’m okay with that. At this point I should probably resolve by saying perhaps it’s time to get a hobby instead of spending hours over analysing my social habits, but I consider my main hobby / interest as procrastination. I’m actually procrastinating from working right now. It’s when I work at my best.
Yeah. I really need a hobby.
